Welcome to the International Veterinary Society
The International Veterinary Society headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland was established in 2006 as a centralized informational organization for Veterinarians who recognize the importance of the role of keeping up with the latest veterinary technology and how to best implement that technology to build their veterinary practice.
The IVS offers veterinary educational seminars on a wide range of subjects including the latest cutting-edge veterinary treatment procedures, new therapies and technology. IVS sponsored seminars teach veterinarians and veterinary practice managers how to better manage their current practice more efficiently, and how to expand their veterinary services, in order to offer quality care to their veterinary clients and patients. Educational presentations include the latest advances in veterinary medical research and the role of technological developments in veterinary medicine and veterinary practice management.
The IVS also provides veterinary website consultation for private practice veterinarians who want to showcase their veterinary services on the Internet to potential new clients, while providing education and information to their current client base.
Our veterinary technology seminars teach veterinarians and veterinary practice managers how to understand new technologies such as the Internet, streaming video, veterinary websites, interactive video conferencing, and the legal issues surrounding online prescription fulfillment and online diagnostics which now directly impact all private practice veterinarians.
The IVS offers an affordable alternative to expensive veterinary practice management companies by providing many free services such as technology counseling, veterinary website assistance, and many other services for veterinarians and veterinary hospitals.
